From my early work as a hands-on IT specialist at CP Rail to years spent advising corporate customers at Microsoft, I have built a career helping organizations get the most from their technology investments. After seeing every major shift in the tech world firsthand, I launched Connected Shacks to provide independent, practical guidance to businesses that need technology to deliver real results. Today, with executive training from MIT and insights from my experience as a Perplexity AI Fellow, I help companies and business owners cut through artificial intelligence complexity and apply what truly works.
