Connected Shacks Inc. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)​

This Non-Disclosure ("Agreement") is effective as of the date of acceptance by the Client through online booking or purchase, and is entered into by and between Connected Shacks Inc. ("Consultant") and [Client Name] ("Client"). By submitting a booking or making a purchase, the Client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means all non-public, confidential, or proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party, including business plans, technical information, and personal data.
 

2. Obligations of the Receiving Party

The Receiving Party agrees to:

• Keep all Confidential Information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the business relationship.

• Not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent from the Disclosing Party.
   

3. Exclusions from Confidential Information

Confidential Information does not include information that:

• Was already known to the Receiving Party before disclosure.

• Becomes publicly available without breach of this Agreement.

• Is disclosed by a third party without restrictions.
   

4. Term

This Agreement remains in effect for 3 years from the date of disclosure.
